Hello, I'm Debbie Lawrence, and I'm so pleased you've found me.
For over 20 years, I've been helping people reduce stress, restore balance and reconnect with themselves through holistic therapies, Reiki, meditation and the therapeutic use of essential oils.
After many wonderful years practising in Marlow, I'm delighted to welcome clients to my beautiful new therapy space in Cookham. It's a peaceful, nurturing environment where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and simply take time for yourself.
Whether you're coming for a relaxing massage, Reiki, AROMAReiki, an Akashic Record Clearing or one of my workshops, every appointment is tailored to your individual needs. My aim is for you to leave feeling calmer, lighter and more connected than when you arrived.
My Philosophy
I believe true wellbeing comes from treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
By combining therapeutic touch, energy work, essential oils, meditation and practical self-care, I help you support your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing in a natural, gentle way.
Just as importantly, I love helping people discover simple tools they can continue using at home, empowering them to take an active role in their own wellbeing.
My Experience
I've been practising as a Holistic Therapist since 2003 and teaching Reiki since 2005.
Over the years I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients through every stage of life, from managing stress and anxiety to easing physical tension, navigating life changes and creating moments of calm in busy lives.
Alongside my treatments, I'm a Reiki Master Teacher, creator of the accredited AROMAReiki Practitioner Training, and I facilitate Reiki Shares, meditation circles, essential oil workshops and wellbeing events throughout the year.
Nothing brings me greater joy than seeing people grow in confidence as they discover the incredible capacity we all have to support our own health and wellbeing.

A Natural Approach to Wellbeing
Essential oils are woven throughout many of my treatments and workshops because I've seen first-hand how they can support emotional and physical wellbeing. As a doTERRA Wellness Advocate and educator, I also teach people how to use essential oils safely and confidently as part of a natural approach to everyday health.
