I have been practising as a Holistic Therapist in Marlow, Buckinghamshire since 2003, and teaching Reiki in Marlow and Henley on Thames since 2005.

I love seeing people coming out of my treatments and workshops transformed whether it be on a spiritual, emotional or physical level.

As well as giving treatments I am a qualified Reiki Master Teacher teaching all levels of Reiki including my own style called AromaReiki and I run monthly Reiki Development & Meditation Groups.

A big part of what I love the most is teaching people how they can help themselves. I do this with my Reiki & Meditation courses but also in my role as an Essential Oil Educator teaching people how they can use essential oils as a powerful form of plant based medicine.

In February 2015 I opened The Holistic Therapy Centre at 42 The High Street, Marlow, Buckinghamshire where I offer Holistic Massage, Swedish Massage, Focused deep tissue massage for pain relief, AromaTouch Technique, Aromatherapy Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Post Natal Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Aromatherapy Facials & Reiki Healing.

I run a small crystal retail section from the Holistic Therapy Centre in Marlow, where I sell a selection of crystals, incense and doTERRA essential oils.
